Each journal cover is made of heavy and durable thick art paper that is designed to last!
Inside each journal are the highest quality 24lb journaling paper that beautifully takes most art mediums (watercolor, acrylic, ink etc.). The bindings of the journals are stitched with thick, vivid red thread.

I am so disappointed.
To say I'm unhappy would be a complete understatement. I placed an order for three notebooks for my mother for Christmas. I was so excited to get her set up with Planner Perfect. I placed the order on November 2. I received the order on November 16. I did not open it until November 19 because I was just going to wrap the box for my mom. Instead I opened it to make sure it all looked okay. One of the notebooks was missing. I immediately emailed them. I received a reply the same day which was great. I still have no notice of anything being shipped on my USPS account. It is November 29. I realize everything takes two weeks from Planner Perfect, but this should have been rushed, in my opinion. They shorted me and it should be a priority to make it right. Anything else is bad business practice.

Hi Beth, We are sorry for the error. We have provided you with a gift card of $20 for the issue (while your total payment for this journal including a discount was $17.20). If you prefer another resolution to this unfortunate issue please let us know. We do create all the journals for each order and your One Thankful Girl needed to be put back into production and re-created. The One Thankful Girl Journal is on track to be with you in time for Christmas. Please reach out to us should you need anything!
