Leather is extremely high quality/hardware is not
The leather is gorgeous and extremely high quality, I love it! The hardware, especially the charm, is unfortunately not the same level of quality and it cheapens the bag as a whole. I did reach out to customer service asking if this was normal and they said it was but did offer to send a new charm. I didn’t want them to waste time/money and send another charm that doesn’t match so I found another higher quality charm on Etsy and it looks much better (and matches). Would love to see the quality of the charm/hardware improved.
